Accountant at Brand Architekts

Duties

• Supervise all financial accounting activities for the company
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports on or before the due date and perform preliminary analysis thereon.
• Perform month-end and year-end accounting and report closing.
• Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for internal and external financial audits.
• Liaise with the company’s external auditors on matters arising on financial reports.
• Stocktaking
• Bookkeeping
• Vendors management
• Salary and payroll management
• POS payments management
• Accounts management
• Coordination and payment of all state taxes and charges 
• Stock management
• Vetting of quotations and invoices (experience necessary)
• Cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc in Accounting, (possession of ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage) with 3-5 years of experience.
• Understanding of accounting tools, rules, regulations, and laws relating to accounting and taxation.
• Time management and ability to work without supervision and under pressure
• Confidentiality and good communication skills.

Remuneration
130 - 150k Net Pay.
