- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Account entry verification
- Processing WHT
- Schedule and prepare cheques, resolving purchase orders.
- Process vendor payment invoices
- Clarify questionable invoice items
- Ensure all payment vouchers are duly approved by CFO/GM, Finance before processing cheques.
- Daily payment of invoice address disputes and payment failure issues
- Maintain accounting ledgers
