Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
- Monitor property income, expenses, and rental collections.
- Work closely with the property management and sales teams to track transactions.
