Job Description

• Our client is seeking a trustworthy individual who works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy for the position of Accountant.
• The accountant is responsible for carrying out both accounts and administrative roles to support the CEO as the Business seeks growth opportunities.
• The post-holder will need to be experienced in both accounts and general administration duties.

Responsibilities

• Handling expenses
• Onboarding new employees
• Handling payroll and deductions
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Accounting profit and loss accounts for the entire company.
• Carry out month/year-end reporting including preparation and review of management reports.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements

• BSc Degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven success in a similar role and environment.
• 3 to 4 years experience in an administration position that has included accounts receivable and banking processing
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Be prompt, honest detail-oriented, and professional.
• Knowledge of payroll processes.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
