Account Supervisor at Hello Products

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Job Description
Treasury Management:

• Supervise the Treasury Function of the organization
• Management of Letter of Credits (LCs) and company trade loans
• Management of cash flow statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance

Financial Reporting:

• Ability to prepare of Management Report
• Knowledge and ability to prepare annual budget and forecast
• Knowledge of Fix Asset management
• Knowledge of inventory management
• General ledger reconciliation

Costing and Management Account:

• Understand the concept of management accounting
• Ability to monitor and conduct monthly stock valuation and general ledger reconciliation
• Ability to analyze the profitability of new product after due consideration of input cost and appropriate selling price
• Preparation of brand results of the company’s products
• Knowledge of the computation of landed cost of raw and packaging materials
• Knowledge of how to compute production variance.

Tax Management:

• Possessing strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations
• Ability to prepare necessary tax payments and returns
• Coordinate with other finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial statements & accounting operations, and compliance with all federal, state, local, and requirements, and regulatory deadlines

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting
• 4 years post chartered work experience in FMCG or any Manufacturing organization.
