Account Receivables Officer at Gusto Entertainment

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Track and record payments remitted and services rendered
• Verify and accurately post sales journal
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accounts receivable records
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve debt-related issues and ensure smooth transaction
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
