Summary

• The Accounts receivable officer generates revenue for the company by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services.
• The officer will work with other departments to collect the correct amounts, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client payments.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, track payments, and manage customer accounts.
• Implement collections strategies and resolve payment issues.
• Analyze customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits.
• Generate reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting + ICAN/ACCA pursuit (preferred).
• 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing (Oil & Gas a plus).
• Strong accounting principles, financial reporting, and MS Office skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
