Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
