Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Management of company’s accounts.
• Preparing of journal ledger operations.
• Posting of cash payments and receipts.
• Completing general ledger operation.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
• Preparation of salaries for staff
• Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Handling account/bank reconciliations
• Reviewing and process expense reports.
• All immigration returns, expatriate quota and every other issue the relate to expatriate
• Supervision of admin department
• Supervision of store
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
