As the Account Officer, you will manage financial records, invoicing, and account reconciliation while ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and effective client communication.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, transactions, and petty cash postings
Monitor receivables and payables, follow up on outstanding payments, and issue statements of account
Prepare client quotations and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support financial reporting, audits, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–4 years experience in accounting or finance roles
Professional certification such as ICAN (in view) or ATS is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
