Account Officer at Swift Consulting

Swift Consulting.... a firm that consults in Education, Human Resources and General Management as well as conducts trainings, is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Account Officer for one of our clients. 

 REQUIREMENTS 

• OND in Accounting
• Minimum of two years in accounting or a similar role 
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must possess strong eagerness to work 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and tax records
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
