Account Officer/Store keeper at a Fast Growing Hospitality Company

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

• Maintaining inventory records and reconcile inventory information 
• Responsible for storage of food items and beverages.
• Ensuring quantity requested and issued always matched.
• Verify all supplies and goods receive are same as listed in the requisition and order.
• Ensuring the store requisition form is signed by the person collecting it 
• Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized 
• Ensure prompt and accurate recording of sales and cash
• Ensuring prompt lodfenehtnof sales and preparation of bank reconciliation
• Prepare the hotel profit and loss account
• Management of petty cash and prepares payment vouchers.
• Perform other function incidental to his or her position 
• The ideal candidate must be computer literate and reside within the Festac/Okota axis.
