Job Description

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to the management team and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process to ensure compliance and timely submission of audited financial statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights, support budgeting processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure the company's accounting practices remain up-to-date and in accordance with the law.
• Identify areas of improvement in financial processes and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure professional growth and high-performance levels.
