Account Officer at Proforce Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records, monitoring transactions, manage payroll, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts, including bank and ledger reconciliations
• Payroll computation
• Monitor company expenses and income.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audit processes when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2–3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
