Account Officer at Mopheth Group

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, POS reports, and branch sales summaries.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and expense tracking.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor balances.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and audit standards.
• Collaborate with branch managers, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years accounting experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Attention to detail, strong integrity, and good communication skills.
