Account Officer at Lance Trend

Job Summary:

The Account Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting management with timely and reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Monitor company expenses and prepare expense analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant work experience as an Account Officer, Accountant, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proximity to Ketu is key to selection

Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
