Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Account Officer.
• This is an entry-level role where you will learn the fundamentals of medical billing and provide crucial support to our patients by helping them navigate the financial aspect of their care.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Payment Support:

• Process patient payments accurately at the front desk.
• Help patients understand their bills and statements.
• Perform basic data entry for patient accounts and transactions.
• Assist with preparing daily payment reports and deposits.

Patient Service:

• Answer basic patient questions about billing with patience and empathy.
• Direct more complex financial questions to a senior team member.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
