Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
Budgeting and monitoring:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets
• Monitor all financial transactions and ensure best practice
• Prepare monthly management accounts

Financial Transactions:

• Maintain and manage the accounting system
• Checking that financial transactions are correctly recorded and in accordance with regulations
• Ensure receipts for services are evidenced in the bank account
• Maintaining oversight of bank account(s) and cash flow and ensuring monthly reconciliations are carried out
• Oversight of financial record keeping; oversight of orders; receipts and invoices, regularly updating the inventory

Payroll:

• Preparing the monthly payroll
• Prepare and submit monthly Pension Returns
• Prepare and remit monthly PAYE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
