Account Officer at Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH)

Key responsibilities

• Shall Process and record all financial transactions (AP, AR and Journal entries)
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of posting
• Verify vendors invoices against the purchase order, waybill/goods received. Note
• Monitor vendors' invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment schedule (Locals and international vendors)
• Generate customer invoices and ensure timely submission
• Assist in preparation of various accounts periodically
• Support budget tracking and variance analysis
• Match invoices with procurement unit with PO and GRN

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Must have graduated with a minimum of a second-class lower credit/lower credit from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Program (NYSC).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to organizational procedures and processes.
