Account Officer at Eden Solutions and Resources

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an account officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, daily bookkeeping records, billing, and tracking business expenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly stock count and reconcile the accounting record
• Billing and tracking business expenses
• Manage receivables and payable accounts
• Contact clients about invoices that are past due
• Handle general Account queries and check invoices for inaccuracies
• Analyze everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to Management on future financial plans
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

• Candidate should possess an ND in Accounting and/or be a holder of AAT
• 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role
• Experience working at a FMCG company is desirable
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Great analytical skills
• Candidate should reside within Ajah-Ibeju lekki axis.
