Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Financial Record-Keeping: Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate recording in ledgers.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to create and monitor budgets, providing insights for informed decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Generate various financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, to facilitate analysis of the organization’s financial position.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Transaction Processing: Handle client inquiries, process transactions, and provide financial advice as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage billing, invoicing, and contract management related to client accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Accounting
• ⁠2 years relevant work experience in accounting & finance
• ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting, systems and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge and usage of MS Excel for reporting is mandatory
• ⁠Candidates living in or around Ikeja are preferred.
