1. Accounts receivable {A/R) Management

• Ensure that the necessary sa les order(s)is ra ised per time before invoicing after execution of job
• Carrying f igures per customeris updated at all times for accuracy and integrity.
• Accounts payable {A/P) Management
• Ensure that the necessary purchase order(s)is ra ised per vendor per time and invoiced upon comp letion of job
• Carrying f igures per vendoris updated at all times for accuracy and integrity
• Bank Reconciliation Statement
•  Imprest/A dvance Payment Management
• Documentation
• Management of relevant Taxes
• Review of Records

QUALIFICATIONS/PERSON  SPECIFICATION

• BSc Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be computer literate and conversant with Sage SO accounting software
• Highly numerate
• Detailed oriented
• High on integrity & Confidentia lity
• Passionate about problem so lving
