Responsibilities
Bank Payments and Reconciliation:

• Ensure prompt and accurate bank payments for suppliers, vendors, and other financial obligations.
• Reconcile bank statements to verify transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Account Transactions Management:
• Record all financial transactions related to sales, purchases, expenses.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records using appropriate software or tools.

Financial Reporting:

• Generate regular financial reports based on income and expenditure data.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Income and Expenditure Accounts:

• Monitor daily income and expenses related to the resturant's operations.
• Ensure accurate categorization of income and expenses for proper financial tracking.

Compliance and Legislation:

• Stay informed about Nigeria financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Adhere to tax laws, reporting requirements, and other relevant guidelines.

Financial Analysis:

• Compile and analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for financial efficiency.
