Account Officer at Capitol Hill Hospital

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
