Key Responsibilities
Receipting & Vouchers:

• Process vouchers: Prepare and log cash receipt vouchers into the accounting software.
• Check details: Verify that payment amounts match the invoices sent to customers.
• File documents: Maintain an organized system for all physical and digital payment records.

Customer Account Reconciliation:

• Match accounts: Compare customer statements with the company’s ledger to find any mistakes.
• Track balances: Monitor customer accounts to find overdue payments or unapplied credits.
• Update ledgers: Adjust accounts receivable records when errors are found and corrected.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
