As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily accounting process, oversee daily operations, optimizing resources, improving internal processes and financial success.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting functions of the business.
• Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce performance, including effective staffing, training, and talent development.
• Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and resources allocation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Person Specification

• B.Sc./ HND/ PGD in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accountant with supervisory responsibilities. 
• Good Interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
