Account/Inventory Officer at Troop Pharmacy

Inventory management

• Prepare purchase orders: Find suppliers and get quotes for goods 
• Receive, store, and issue goods: Manage stock levels and distribute supplies 
• Maintain stock records: Keep track of inventory using manual or computerized systems 
• Conduct inventory reconciliations: Research and correct discrepancies in inventory 
• Ensure inventory quality: Make sure inventory meets quality standards 

Report preparation

• Prepare month-end reports: Reconcile transaction, budget, and expense reports 
• Prepare daily and monthly reports: Develop reports to monitor processes 

Administrative tasks 

• Perform data entry: Enter data into systems
• File documents: Maintain detailed records

Other duties 

• Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory functions
• Price incoming goods
• Estimate the cost of requisitions or value of stock
