Account/HMO Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Overseeing the billing process, including invoicing and utilizing billing systems.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Managing healthcare contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Processing complaints and resolving issues for members.
- Interacting with the HMO community and explaining benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Handling member inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience with the HMO.
