Account/HMO Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 10 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Basic understanding of budgeting, financial management, and billing processes
- Overseeing the billing process, including invoicing and utilizing billing systems
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth service delivery
- Managing healthcare contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Performing financial and analytical tasks to support the HMO\'s operations
- Processing complaints and resolving issues for members
- Monitoring service delivery and ensuring quality healthcare standards are maintained
- Interacting with the HMO community and explaining benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures
