• Work under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager and Business Director to manage multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
• Serve as the key liaison between clients and the agency, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their goals are translated into effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to both clients and agency leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide value-driven recommendations to clients.
