Account Clerk

- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
Our client; a reputable firm in the OIL AND GAS sector is looking to fill the role of an ACCOUNT CLERK

RENUMERATION: 100K NET

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
- Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
- Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle records of invoices and addressing payment issues
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree In Accounting or related field
- 2- years proven work experience as an Account clerk or Officer
- Knowledge of procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting tools
