Account Assistant at Kuddy Cosmetics

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounts.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform data entry and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in monthly and yearly audits.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
