Account  and Tax Assistant at OPPO

We are currently hiring qualified candidates to join our Finance Team in the roles of Account  and Tax Assistant. Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to support daily financial operations and ensure full tax compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

• Prepare and monitor daily financial reports
• Post journal entries, confirm customer payments, and reconcile accounts
• Track income and expenditure across cash and bank journals
• Process payment requests and maintain proper documentation
• Support internal financial controls across service centers
• Prepare and file accurate tax returns within deadlines
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax audits
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to management

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in tax and account
• Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
