Duties and Responsibilities

• Carries out preventive maintenance of air conditioners.
• Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
• Repairs faulty air conditioners.
• Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of air conditioners.
• Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the air conditioners.
• Troubleshoot air conditioners malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on air conditioner.
• Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
• Make minor installations.
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Requirements

• Qualified personnel should have a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Trade test or relevant field.
• Basic work experience on the Air Conditioner repairs and maintenance
• Well familiar with various types of Air Conditioners.
