- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management or a related field
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Relevant Experience:5+ years in education and academic leadership
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge A-Level curriculum
- Proven experience in A-Level teaching and academic leadership
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Cambridge certification/training (advantage).
