Job Description
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems such as splits, HUC, VRV
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and clients' requirements
- Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously
- Performing general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- And any other official tasks assigned by the CEO.
