Job Description

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems such as splits, HUC, VRV
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and clients' requirements
• Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously
• Ensure that the workspace is kept in a clean and hygienic condition
• Performing general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• And any other official tasks assigned by the Technical Manager.
