Quality Control & Assurance Executive at Proforce Limited

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications, ensuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures as well as with regulatory standards.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards at both internal and external levels.
• Understand customer’s needs, requirements and develop effective quality control processes.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Keep appropriate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Writing management and technical reports and customers charters.
• Acting as catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

Qualification /Experience;

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing organization.
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Proven ability to drive change and engage others.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Sound communication skill.
