    Hausa Translator

    Job Description

    • This is a job advert for a two weeks project in voice over, content script auditing and content development.

    Description

    • You are expected to provide translation services (English to Hausa and Hausa to English) of scripts for Hausa speaking audiences.
    • Engage actively in the correct interpretation of literary meanings of terms or pronunciation of words for effective comprehension by the audiences.
    • Ensure correctness in translated scripts.
    • Work with content creators in the course development stage.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE certificate.
    • An education in Hausa language is an added advantage.
    • Must be fluent in Hausa and English language.
    • Ability to translate phrases, terms and expressions in context (avoiding direct translations out of context).
