Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager provides technical leadership and coordinates all research for PMC’s program in-country. S/he will provide technical leadership to the country team and assist the Resident Representative in development of budgets for all research activities during the life of the program. S/he will also work closely with the Research Unit at PMC headquarters to assure that in-country research meets the specifications required by the program and its partners. Supervision and Monitoring of Research Activities:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will supervise and monitor all research activities during the life of the program, including monitoring progress on all in-country research activities, and submitting timely reports to the Resident Representative. Analysis and Reporting:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will be responsible for overseeing analysis and reporting including assisting the Resident Representative in preparation of research reports for PMC Headquarters, donors, government counterparts, and project partners.
