General administration and overall supervision of the barge with responsibility of all personnel and equipment on board the barge and other support vessels assigned to the vessel

Overall responsible person in charge of PLB and other support vessels assigned to PLB spread.
Control marine movements in relation to site, and in particular, ensure all vessels are moored in accordance with pre-approved procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the stability of the PLB is within the limits stated in its valid load line certificate and that all other vessels are operated within their own capabilities
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
25 years’ experience in offshore construction industry
