RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Barge Superintendent's representative, supervise and issue work instructions to construction crew for the overall safe installation of the project, as specified by the project
• Installation Procedures.
• Directly reports to the Vessel Superintendent and responsible for all deck activities
• Will organize via his respective subordinates anchor patterns, run anchors and moor barge at work locations in accordance with job requirements, Company and Client procedures
• Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with established HSES Safety Standards and work practices.
• Responsible for following the instructions and fulfilling the responsibilities within the Emergency Response procedures and advising crews on their responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 15 years experience in offshore construction industry.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a barge foreman on a major offshore pipe lay vessel
• Minimum 4-5 years DP offshore construction experience
