    Head of Sales

    Job Description

    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands customer database and ensure a strong brand presence.
    • Recruiting, training, setting goals and monitoring performance of sales team including campus reps.
    • Understanding customer needs and reflecting this in the sales strategy
    • Prepare and manage all sales document and forecast.
    • Review, analyze and constantly improve sales strategy to ensure increase in customer base.
    • Monitor and understand trends in the industry and keep up with trends.
    • Advice management on best practices as concerned with sales.
    • Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts.
    • Identify and analyze competitors.
    • Prepare and manage the Go-To market strategy for new markets.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the product is adhering to brand promises.
    • Interact with customers and devise means of getting feedback to help make better decision.
    • Understand and monitor the interaction between customers and product.
    • Monitor the ROI on each marketing strategy.
    • Work with the social media and digital marketing team and contribute to campaigns.
    • Monitor and manage PR and media strategies and advise the company on best practices.
