Corporate Finance and Investment Analyst at ConnectRail Service Limited

Role Summary

We are looking for high-performing Corporate Finance and Investment Analyst who will conduct research and assess the prospective performance of different avenues.by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for conducting high level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overhead  and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build investment strategies by assessing current market trends, financial statements, financial models, and other indicators.
• Analyze value building activities to prepare appraisal reports.
• Gather information about the client investments to assist with valuation.
• Stay updated with market trends and new investment opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries from investors, borrowers, and other professionals.
• Research appropriate industry guidelines and regulations as needed.
• Provide information and data in a timely and efficient manner.

Liaise with fund managers and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with in Blue Chip Shipping, Logistics or Clearing & Forwarding Company/Agency
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Proven track records from previous work done.
• Relevant experience in Maritime/transportation/Logistics Industry
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
• Highly analytical with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with commitment to succeed.
