Core Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of transactions and services on deployed IT solutions.
• Provision of first level IT support services to clients and customers across various channels (Phone, email and online) promptly.
• Escalate observed or reported incidents to the appropriate units for prompt resolution.

Education Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Computer Science, Engineering or any other related Physical Sciences.
