Aftersales Manager at Proforce Limited

An Automobile Manufacturing plant currently seek to recruit an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Aftersales Manager in our plant in Ogun State.
 
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

• Agreeing, negotiating project budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
• Developing and implementing test procedures.
• Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives.
• Formulate department budget, conduct operative planning.
• Providing technical advice, answering client queries and resolving client complaints.
• Making improvements to vehicles in response to customer feedback.
• Conducting Fault-Finding and Trouble shooting.

Qualification / Experience;

• Minimum of HND in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience in the automobile industry.
• A proven track record in automotive aftersales management.
• Effective technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong results orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
