Stock Controller at Beacongate Limited

Principal Accountabilities:

• To ensure accurate accountability of stock position at all times
• To maintain daily timely stock replenishment records
• To provide daily stock position for accurate shift scheduling and planning purposes
• To reconcile inventory daily, monthly
• To Supervise product receipts and storage as well as maintain appropriate documentation
• To send all stock analysis to appropriate authorities. 

Nature and Scope:

• Supply chain monitoring and management
• Draw product sample for required quality test
• Get certificate or recertification certificate of all purchased product.
• Planning delivery timetables
• Ensuring Depot have enough stock
• Physical verification of fuel quantities in tanks and trucks on daily basis
• Monitoring and documenting product back to storage operations.
• Daily loss tracking, review, investigation, and reporting.
• Maintaining all stock related documentation for Audit trails / purposes
• Maintain good relationship with all customers
• Comply with company's policy on SH&E
• Assist in maintaining storage and handling loses within allowable limits
• Working knowledge of, and implement as necessary, Company Safety and Emergency Procedures.
• Undertake special responsibilities, when trained.

Background / Qualifications / Skills required:

• Numerate and Computer literate
• A graduate but additional qualification is an added advantage
• Good oral & written language
• Previous experience in Depot Operations (an advantage)
• Previous experience in Petroleum Industry (an advantage)
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to work demands - May require long working hours
