Divisonal Head, Services at Fosad Consulting

An Insurance company is looking to hire a Finance professional for the position of Divisional Head, Services. The job holder will be responsible for Financial Control and also supervise the Treasury, Information Technology and Corporate Services team leads.

S/he will support, develop and implement Company’s strategic plans, manage the administration function of the company, and coordinate office processes and procedures to ensure organizational and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Accounts or Finance related discipline
• Certification of ACA, ACCA
• M.Sc. in Accounting or related discipline/MBA will be an advantage
• At least 15 years work experience in well-established corporate organizations
• Experience as a Group Head, Head of Operations or Chief Operations Officer

Skills

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting and other aspects of accounting i.e. Treasury operations, Investment, Audit, Internal Control etc.
• Ability to see the big picture and provide useful strategic advice that can move the company forward
• Creative, forward thinker
