Job Description

• Production Seismologist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting subsurface 2D and 3D geophysical data for the purpose of assessing the amount of oil and gas contained within rock structures and quantifying inâ€place volume (STOIIP); the ease of which it can be extracted; and the likelihood of encountering any hazards or problems in the process.
• S/he is responsible for carrying out detailed reservoir seismic characterization, interpretation, calculations, predictions and modelling studies; and recommends and drives opportunities to improve geophysical data quality. Partake in the delivery of fitâ€Âforâ€Âpurpose field development plans as well as planning studies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
