Master Trainer at Transquisite Consulting

We are searching for a Master Trainer who will be responsible for organizing and conducting teacher training on the 21st Century Skills programmes.

The incumbent will

• Directly provide training for teachers who will be facilitating these skills throughout secondary schools and universities.
• Be involved in Project Management, relating to the roll-out and coordination of these skills projects across various schools and regions
• Be required to conduct Business Development for the regions which would entail meeting with relevant stakeholders  and making sales presentations
• Monitor and evaluate the teacher facilitation and student responses to the skills programmes

The ideal candidate must

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent
• 10+ years relevant teaching / training / train the trainer experience preferably in the education sector
• ASTD accreditation will be an advantage, as will any other coaching or mentoring certificates
• Degree in child psychology/educational psychology or similar degree
• Be committed to self-development – may have been a Teacher, Coach or Mentor.
• Possess excellent data management and reporting skills
